The Support at Home program manual is a guide designed to assist registered providers to understand and comply with the Support at Home program rules, procedures and obligations.
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the department) has prepared this program manual 2025-2027 for registered providers delivering funded aged care services under the Aged Care Act 2024 through the Support at Home program. The program manual outlines
how the Support at Home program should be delivered.
