August is Multicultural Queensland Month, a time to celebrate the many stories, cultures, languages and traditions that come together to form One Queensland.

This year’s theme reminds us that while our communities may come from different backgrounds, we are connected by a shared commitment to creating a Queensland where everyone feels seen, valued and able to contribute. Diversity does not require us to be the same. Rather, it invites us to bring our unique strengths, experiences and perspectives together to build something stronger.
