In partnership with Townsville Multicultural Support Group (TSMG), ECCQ delivered its 5th Community Leadership Program in Townsville. On Thursday, 13 December, 16 participants from various cultural backgrounds including Democratic Republic of Congo, Papua New Guinea, China, South Korea and Peru graduated from the 10-week training program which included sessions on conflict resolution, cross cultural communication and public speaking, managing expectations, boundaries and self-care. We congratulate all our aspiring leaders!
