The training will include Cultural Awareness together with Inclusive Leadership to equip leaders with a practical roadmap to develop their inclusive behaviours leading to providing fair and culturally safe environments for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) people.

This FREE professional development opportunity is ideal for existing and emerging leaders from Queensland organisations providing Commonwealth-subsidised aged care services and members of the Sector Support and Development Community of Practice.
