Join us, in partnership with the Tablelands Regional Council, for this free training session to explore the ways in which culture affects perceptions and communication, and how to reflect on our own cultural worldviews to support effective interaction with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. We will also have meaningful discussions about the benefits of working effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) consumers, develop understanding of how culture influences communication and learn strategies for effective cross-cultural communication.
