BASE is designed to help people to get Australian workplace experience and get qualifications and/or skills recognition to help them find work within local business and community services workforce and the broader jobs market.
Each trainee will complete a Certificate I in Workplace Skills, while undertaking 19 weeks paid work placement with a community-based host organisation.
