Free interpreter services are available through TIS National to help approved aged care providers communicate with people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds and support their access to aged care services. Funded by the Australian Government, the program is available throughout the year.
The “How to register with TIS National” guide outlines the registration process and the steps providers need to take to access the service.
