Inquiry into the Transition of the Commonwealth Home Support Program to the Support at Home Program

Investing in healthy ageing policies is not only an important human prerogative but also a social and economic imperative (OECD, 2023). For older Australians with moderate to high care needs, the individualised package model can be effective in delivering coordinated, ongoing supports.
