The IESP is a professional development program catering to bilingual speakers, interpreters, and language service users and employers. The purpose of the IESP is to attract people to the interpreting profession and retain the interpreters that are currently practicing.
IESP aims to connect employers with participants and provide tools and resources to those just starting out.
